SHIPMENT OF YOUR PACKAGE

Packages are generally shipped SAME DAY after receipt of payment.

They are sent via MAIL with a tracking number and off without signature.

Packages can also be sent via POST and delivered against signature.

Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

IN CASE OF LOSS

For PREM'S JEWELLERY or prem THE KITS "s in the case of a lost package you are paid (for it are unique)

but it will take 21 DAYS

In case of late delivery of more than three days from the date we've indicated in the mail from, we suggest you check with your post office that the package is not pending, then the appropriate to report the delay by sending us an email.
We then contacted the Post to start an investigation.

A Post investigation can last up to 21 days from the date of its opening.

If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-routed to your home immediately.

If however the product is not found after the period of 21 days of investigation, the Post considers the package as lost.

It is only after this period that we can repay you.
